We use an integrated land and ownership software program to generate all of our leasing reports. This system helps us keep up with and control the costs related to a project on a minute by minute basis. Leases, title and work history are maintained on a project by project basis. We can maintain budget (AFE) costs on a project basis and can generate and mail 1099 forms on behalf of our clients at the end of each year. State-of-the-art maps are created through our mapping system, which uses ArcView software. In this way, we can assure that our clients will receive the most accurate and highest quality data and support material while insuring 100% confidentiality.
